Welcome to the Rocky Mountain Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory (RMRCFL) Web page. The RMRCFL is a full service digital forensics laboratory and training center that is available, free of charge, to any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction in Colorado and Wyoming. What is an RCFL?
The Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory (RCFL) Program is a national network of FBI-sponsored, full service digital forensics laboratories and training centers that utilize the assistance of state and local agencies. Each RCFL is devoted entirely to the examination of digital evidence in support of criminal investigations such as, but not limited to—
- Terrorism
- Murder
- Crimes of violence
- Child pornography
- The theft or destruction of intellectual property
- Internet crimes
- Fraud
